Overview:

Naya Khang lies east of Kyanjin Gompa (3,850m) and west of Ganja La Pass (5,110m). The trek takes you through dense forests, alongside the Langtang Khola River, and into picturesque villages like Ghoda Tabela (2,950m). Along the way, you’ll experience the rich Buddhist culture of the region, with prayer flags, chortens, and monasteries. The trek also offers incredible views of towering peaks like Langtang Lirung (7,425m), Shishapangma (8,064m), and Dorje Lakpa (6,966m).

Day 2: Drive to Syabrubesi (1,400m)
Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, enjoying scenic views along the way (7-8 hours).

Day 3: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m)
Begin the trek, passing through forests and villages to reach Lama Hotel (5-6 hours).

Day 4: Trek to Langtang Village (3,430m)
Continue your trek, gaining elevation towards Langtang Village (5-6 hours).

Day 5: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,800m)
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa, a historic monastery (3-4 hours).

Day 6: Acclimatization Day at Kyanjin Gompa
Rest and acclimatize. Explore nearby viewpoints.

Day 7: Trek to Nyengang Kharka (4,430m)
Ascend to Nyengang Kharka for further acclimatization (5-6 hours).
