trip information
Located in the western Nepal Himalaya’s exotic hidden valley between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges lies Mt. Tukuche at a height of 6920m. First being conquered by a Swiss team in 1969 the expedition to Tukuche Peak is regarded as ‘a low-risk climb’ compared to other expeditions like the Annapurna.
Despite being less explored Tukuche is one of the most exotic mountains to climb in Nepal, being a technical climb it’s nonetheless a favorite training mountain even among 8000er climbers. Our summit attempt for Tukuche Peak begins once we reach Hidden Valley BC which offers a mesmerizing view of the surrounding Himalayas such as the Annapurna Ranges, Nilgiri along with the nearby villages such as Marpha and Jomsom.
During the trek to Mt. Tukuche, we assure you with excellent high adventure challenging journey to the Himalayan heartland passing across some of the most difficult passes -Thapa Pass, French Pass, Italian Base Camp, and Dhaulagiri Base Camp for high excitement.
